Terms and Conditions

1. Buy Go Desi products and stand a chance to win cashback up to Rs 30, Amazon vouchers, earbuds, or silver coins.
2. The offer is valid for 3 months in selected cities, till stocks last, whichever is earlier.
3. The offer is applicable and valid only two times per user, per household, per mobile number.
4. Details entered at the time of registration or verification cannot be altered or modified. No emails / calls regarding the change of UPI ID or bank account details will be taken into consideration.
5. Cashbacks, once processed, will not be reprocessed in case of failure for whatever reason.
6. The cashback benefit offered is based on chance or luck.
7. Go Desi products purchased as part of the offer will not be taken back or exchanged.
8. The cashback code is personal to the participant and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
9. The offer is open to residents of India over 18 years of age (“participant”), except employees, agents, dealers, distributors, clients, and immediate families of the employees of Go Desi and the agency.
10. Entry to the offer is void in states where it is prohibited or not allowed.
11. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, is non encashable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
12. In case of any misuse or reverse engineering or fraud or disruption caused to the offer by any person, and if the same is identified, Go Desi and Agency shall have the right to deny participation or eligibility in the offer and may take such action as may be allowed under applicable law.
13. In cases of force majeure conditions, no liability in whatsoever manner shall fall upon either party. Agency shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to the Act of God, government actions, or other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss. This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations, including lockdown restrictions caused by the pandemic.
14. By participating in the program, each participant agrees to hold harmless both the parties and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents, as well as all others associated with the development and execution of this program, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this program, including the awarding use, misuse, or possession of the prize, including liability for personal injury, except where prohibited or limited by law.
15. The agency, its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
16. The code cannot be redeemed after the expiration of the offer period, and the participant agrees to waive the right of redemption on the date of the expiration of the offer period. No new unique code will be issued in the event of the original being stolen or lost by the claimant or receiver.
17. If the participant has registered with the DND of the telecom provider, the participant has registered with the National Do Not Call Registry, or the participant has specifically requested not to receive messages for the specific campaign, he might not receive campaign messages, and Go Desi and Agency are not liable for the same.
